Tie Guan Yin, or "Iron Goddess of Mercy," comes from the mountainous Anxi region in Fujian province — the cradle of the finest oolongs in China. This is a tea that is in no hurry: the leaves are hand-rolled, layer by layer, until they capture all the complexity of flavor we want to share with you.

Brewing Tie Guan Yin is a small ritual in itself. The first infusion opens the leaves, while subsequent ones reveal new layers of aroma — floral notes, a slight sweetness, and a delicate, lasting depth that lingers on the palate long after the last sip. Oolong is a semi-fermented tea that combines the characteristics of green and black teas, offering an incredibly diverse flavor profile – from delicately floral to distinctly nutty or fruity. Its unique production process, involving partial oxidation, gives it an exceptional character, valued by tea connoisseurs worldwide.

Like all teas in our selection, this oolong comes from an organic plantation and was composed of the highest quality leaves. It is also a tea that combines strength and delicacy – its leaves are heavy and shiny, and its taste is as pure and beautiful as the goddess Guanyin herself.
