BREWING PLAYLIST

HOW DOES LEAF LITURGY PAIR WITH KANGITEN - organic green tea - GYOKURO?

GYOKURO is a tea for special moments – we brew it when we want to slow down and truly focus on the taste. Depending on our mood and the time of day, we choose different methods. We opt for classic brewing when we want to take a conscious break. It's our choice for calm mornings or afternoons when we can appreciate every sip. Low temperature and short brewing allow us to extract the rich umami and silkiness – the essence of Gyokuro. When it's hot or we need a tea that soothes rather than stimulates – we prepare a cold version. Cold Brew Gyokuro is subtle, slightly sweet, and wonderfully fresh. Perfect for summer, lazy weekends, or as an elegant alternative to cold drinks. On the other hand, ice brewing is our ritual for special occasions – it requires patience but rewards with exceptional depth of flavor. We choose this method when we want to completely pause and simply be. It's an experience in itself.
