Shizuoka Gabalong is a unique Japanese oolong with a floral-fruity taste and a light sweetness. Traditionally associated with moments of slowing down and calming. Perfect when you want to take a breath and relax.

This tea has a unique production process that increases the content of γ-aminobutyric acid (GABA) - a compound traditionally associated with a feeling of relaxation. This technology was developed in Japan in the 1980s and is still used today in the production of teas of this type. Although the largest producer of GABA teas is Taiwan, Shizuoka Gabalong from Japan is considered one of the best. Unlike popular Taiwanese GABA oolongs, which have an intensely fruity and honeyed character, Omoikane delights with a subtle harmony of taste, combining delicate umami with light sweetness and floral notes.

This tea has a unique production process that increases the content of γ-aminobutyric acid (GABA) – a neurotransmitter responsible for relaxation, mood stabilization, and improved sleep quality. This technology was developed in Japan in the 1980s and is still used today to produce infusions with exceptional relaxing properties.

Although Taiwan is the largest producer of GABA teas, Shizuoka Gabalong from Japan is considered one of the best.
