White tea retains the natural, unformed shape of the leaf — exactly as it was picked high in the mountains, at an altitude of 800–900 meters. Thanks to minimal processing, it can be steeped multiple times, revealing a new layer of flavor each time. This is the best Pai Mu Ta tea from Fujian province. The region abounds in diverse plantations and holds a rich history and tradition. The gardens of our organic plantation are located in the highest parts of Fuding, where tea leaves mature surrounded by a misty, mountainous landscape and fresh sea air carried by the wind. This unique freshness can be tasted in every sip.
